Coming up on 60k miles with the stock A wires. No issue. However, I just was reading about this issue and ordered the D wire. I read that a lot of early issues were from the wires not having good connection and burning up from the inside out. ARod glad you are working with the 7.3 , look forward to some more content!

I have a 22 f250 with the 7.3. Has anyone had an issue with the transmission slightly slipping while shifting Into 5th? It only happens when it isn't warmed up yet.

This video made my day. I have a 2010 F250 with the same noise, but mine just make noise after backing out of my driveway, turning right and starts making the metallic rubbing noise for about 200' then stops. Being in 4WD doesn't really make a difference. I had it in the shop and was sure it was a hub bearing, but the mechanic wasn't sure and didn't make any promises that a new hub was the cure. Sure enough I dropped $1000 on the job but it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm thinking he knew but didn't have the seal installer tool. My speedometer and odometer stopped working a few months ago, just before the squeaking started, and now I wonder if it could have been related to the speed sensor and this bad seal? What do you think? Thanks again for this video.

Dual alternators and live in Florida. Not sure heating up my fluids is as big a concern as keeping them running at cooler temps😅. Appreciate the offer though

Yep - I worked at a GMC / Pontiac dealer for about 10 months and pack up and moved on . There were several reason #1 the Service writer pushing for making up problems on customer cars #2 cutting corners for the dealer. For me it way how to make it better and do the job one time . They look at the vehicles as $$$ not at the owner . Good luck with your Journey and your video are great .

Wet feet smell. My 22 F350 just started. I always kill the ac about a 2 minute before my destination. New k&n cabin filter. The smell of feet is present and strong haha
